How do I register for the Small Business Coaching Program?
You can register by clicking on the links / button at
the bottom of the home
page, or click here
to go straight to the registration
form. Once you have submitted this form you will presented
with a confirmation page which includes a user-name and
password. You can then click through to your Small Business
Coaching Program welcome page and immediately begin using
the program. The whole registration process normally takes
less than 60 seconds.
I've lost my password, what do I do now?
If you've lost your log-in details for using the Small
Business Coaching Program please complete the registration
form again and you will then be taken to a page
displaying your log-in details.
If you've lost your log-in details for using the E-Valuator
program you will need to register
again.
NB: If you have registered for the Small Business Coaching
Program you do not need to register
separately for the E-Valuator program. You can access
the program directly from within the Small Business
Coaching Program where your user-name and password are
displayed.
Why can't I log-in?
Check that you are logging-in to the correct page. The
Small Business Coaching Program program and E-Valuator
require separate log-in details. If you are a registered
user of the Small Business Coaching Program and your account
is still active you need to log-in by going to: http://www.vision-reach.com/users/.
You can also click on the 'User Log-In' link in the main
menu. When you type in your log-in details, make sure
that your 'Caps Lock' is turned off. Check that you have
entered the correct details.
To log into the E-Valuator Program you need to go to:

using the username and password we send you when you register.
If you receive an error message when attempting to log
into the E-Valuator you may need to enable cookies in
your web browser. For information on how to do this please

If you still cannot access either program please fill
in a support request on our contact
page and we will send your log-in details to you.
Where is my feedback e-mail?
Your feedback e-mails are generated within a few seconds
of you submitting your information. However, there can
be delays in the e-mail actually reaching you due to a
number of factors. These include the performance of your
own mail-server and the delays incurred as a result of
any e-mail frowarding you have set up, e.g., from your
domain e-mail aliases to your actual mail-box. If you
do not receive your e-mail after a few minutes please
send yourself a test message and check that your e-mail
is working. Check with your service provider that there
are no technical problems. Check that the e-mail address
you used when logging in to each module is correct.
NB: Some users have reported that their e-mail software
(such as Outlook or Eudora) has been treating their feedback
e-mails as spam e-mails. If you are not receiving your
feedback e-mails please check in your 'Junk' mail folder
or your 'Deleted' folder. If you find your feedback e-mails
in either of these locations you will need to adjust your
spam-filter and 'Rules' settings.

Why do I receive more than one copy of the feedback
e-mails?
When you submit your information please be patient while
your feedback is compiled. Depending upon server load
and the speed of your connection to the Internet this
can take up to 60 seconds. If you click more than once
on the 'submit' or 'continue button' you will slow the
process down and end up receiving multiple copies of the
same e-mail.
How do I apply for a free business coaching session?
You need to complete an on-line application
form. You are welcome to take advantage of the free
coaching offer without using the Small Business Coaching
Program. However, you may find it helpful to use the program
to identify where you most need support. Submitting the
feedback generated from one of the program modules to
your coach will also assist them in preparation for your

What happens to my details after I've applied for a
free business coaching session?
Your details are sent directly to Vision-Reach. We assess
your needs and match your requirements to the business
coach we consider will be most able to help you. All the
Vision-Reach business coaches are very carefully selected
so you can be sure that you will receive a highly professional,
friendly support. We check the availability of our coaches
and attempt to match this with your preferred time. Our
coaches are located in the U.K. and North America and
we will, where possible, take into consideration your
location when selecting a coach.
Once we have selected your business coach we send them
the details that you submitted in the on-line application
form. Your coach will then contact you to confirm
the time for your free session.
If you have expressed any specific requirements we will
do our best to meet your needs. If we have further questions
we will e-mail you to clarify your application.
I won't be available at the time agreed with my coach.
Can I change the appointment?
Once you have heard from your coach please contact them
directly if you need to re-schedule the session. If you
have not yet been contacted by your coach please contact
us immediately and provide two times when you would
be available for the re-scheduled session.
If you decide you do not want to receive your free coaching
session after submitting an application form please tell
us immediately and also contact your coach, either
by phone or e-mail.
My E-Valuator profit prediction showed a net loss.
What should I do now?
If the E-Valuator
program predicts that your business plan is unprofitable
many of the calculations it performs such as marketing
allocation and profit adjustments will be invalid. For

What happens to the information that I submit in the
on-line questionnaires?
Your information is transmitted to our server where a
program immediately compiles your feedback. The data is
then sent out to you in the form of an e-mail and also
to generate any special pages that you see on the web
site after submitting your information. To guarantee the
privacy and security of your information we do not store
the data submitted in the questionnaires. We only keep
a record of your name, e-mail address, and the I.P. address
you used when accessing the program.
