Vision-Reach Terms + Conditions
Terms & Conditions

1. Description of Service

Vision-Reach currently provides users with access to a comprehensive range of small business resources, including the Small Business Coaching Program (the "Service"). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service shall be subject to the TOS.

Vision-Reach also arranges business coaching for clients requiring one-to-one support form a professional coach (the "coach"). Any such coaching is offered under the individual TOS stated by the business coach.

Vision-Reach shall not be responsible or liable for the conduct, or for the accuracy or usefulness of advice offered by the coach. While Vision-Reach endeavors to refer visitors to competent, experienced coaches, once you begin a coaching relationship (paid or unpaid) with the coach, all responsibility and liability rests with the coach and not with Vision-Reach.

2. Business Coaching

Please read the following statement regarding the role of business coaching. This applies whether you receive coaching support from the Small Business Coaching Program or directly from one of the Vision-Reach affiliated business coaches.

Coaching is about having someone on your side. Someone with an outside perspective to bounce ideas off and get the encouragement and support that you need to ask more of yourself and to accomplish what you really want more easily. And we are talking about what YOU want -- not what you should want or somebody else thinks you should want. Coaching helps you to focus, clarify and take action. It is an adult to adult relationship in which we will support you in being responsible for your own life choices. This includes supporting you in disregarding any of our suggestions or requests if you choose to do so.

Coaching is not therapy although that can have a useful role to play at different times. If you are in a lot of emotional pain or caught up with past issues then you may like to consult a professional therapist. Coaching is more concerned with taking appropriate action in the present time so as to create the life that you choose and build the business that you want.

Coaching is aimed at assisting you in generating and implementing your own solutions.

Coaching that you receive from the Small Business Coaching Program and from any of our affiliated business coaches does not in anyway constitute the offering of financial advice.

Cookies:

A cookie is a data file that certain web sites write to your computer's hard drive when you visit such sites. A cookie file can contain information, such as a user identification code, that the site uses to maintain a personalized look and feel on the pages you have visited. Vision-Reach.com uses cookies solely to maintain "members-only" access levels throughout the Vision-Reach.com web site. We use this data on an anonymous basis and we do not correlate this information with personal data of any user.

Most web site browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser settings to display a warning before accepting a cookie, or to refuse all cookies. However, if you choose to disable the receipt of cookies from our web site, you may not be able to use certain features of the site.

Browser Level Information:

Vision-Reach.com web servers automatically collect information about a site user's IP address, browser type, and referrer by reading this information from the user's browser (information provided by every user's browser). This information is collected in a database and used--in an aggregated, anonymous manner--in our internal analysis of traffic patterns within our web site. This information is automatically logged by most web sites.

Definitions:

IP address: Every computer connected to the Internet has a numeric address called an "IP address." This may or may not correspond uniquely to a particular computer. In some cases, IP addresses can be resolved to domain names, which may indicate a site visitor's Internet service provider, employer, university, etc. As part of its database analysis Vision-Reach.com resolves IP addresses to domain names.

Browser type: A user's browser is a software program running on a computer that allows users to access documents on the World Wide Web. Browsers can be either text or graphic. They read HTML coded pages that reside on a server and interpret the coding into what the user sees as Web pages. Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer are examples of Web browsers. Browser type typically discloses hardware platform, operating system, and browser software and version.

Referrer: The referrer is the URL of the Internet resource or page that causes a browser to request a page or image from Vision-Reach.com servers.
